These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DivorcePro platform and services operated by All Day Automations (under CCT Consulting LLC) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using DivorcePro at divorcepro.alldayautomations.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

DivorcePro is an AI-powered case preparation platform that helps users organize their divorce-related documents, build financial inventories, create evidence timelines, and prepare structured case summaries. The Service is available in three tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic case organization tools, state-specific information guides, and general educational resources at no cost.
• Guided Plan ($49/month): Full case preparation package preparation, financial inventory builder, evidence timeline tool, state-specific document checklists, and email support.
• Full Case Preparation ($149 one-time): Complete case preparation package package with consultation-ready summaries, comprehensive financial analysis, full evidence organization, multilingual support, and priority support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute materials generated by the Service without our written consent.

4. Payment and Billing

• Free Tier: No payment required.
• Guided Plan: Billed monthly at $49/month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Full Case Preparation: One-time payment of $149.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on the DivorcePro website and platform are owned by All Day Automations and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

Documents and reports generated through the Service based on your input data are provided for your personal use in connection with your divorce case preparation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided through the Service is complete, accurate, or current
• Any results obtained through the Service will be favorable in legal proceedings

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DAY AUTOMATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Day Automations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Day Automations regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
